This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of residues of antibiotics in food as well as resulting health risks. Second part of current thesis describes individual classes of antibiotics that are used in raising livestock and can contaminate animal products. Táto bakalárska práca sa zaoberá problematikou rezíduí antibiotík v potravinách a zdravotnými rizikami vyplývajúcimi z ich prítomnosti. V druhej časti sú popísané jednotlivé triedy antibiotík, ktoré sú používané pri chove zvierat a ktoré sa môžu objaviť v živočíšnych produktoch ako kontaminanty.
