Abstract:

Práce seznamuje s pracovním prostředím, jeho faktory a vlivem na člověka, shrnuje vývoj kancelářského pracovního prostředí a uvádí determinanty, které na něj mají v současnosti největší vliv. S novými trendy v pracovním prostředí práce seznamuje pomocí případových studiích. Dále práce obsahuje výčet indikátorů inovativního pracovního prostředí, jejichž prostřednictvím jsou případové studie hodnoceny. Cílem práce je formulace doporučení pro personální a facility management s ohledem na udržitelnost lidských zdrojů ve společnosti. Metodami práce jsou rešerše odborné literatury a dostupných informačních zdrojů a analýza inovativního pracovního prostředí ve vybraných společnostech.

Abstract:

This thesis familiarizes with the work environment, its factors and influences on a person, summarizes the development of the office working environment and presents the determinants that currently have the greatest influence on it. It presents new trends in the working environment using case studies. Furthermore, the thesis contains a list of innovative work environment indicators through which the case studies are evaluated. The aim of the thesis is to formulate recommendations for personnel and facility management with regard to the sustainability of human resources in the company. The methods of work are searches of specialized literature and available information sources and the analysis of innovative work environment in selected companies.
