Technological Process of Production of Underfloor Heating Switchboard Bodies

Abstract:

Tématem bakalářské práce je návrh nového technologického postupu výroby těla rozvaděče podlahového topení, skládající se z teoretické a praktické části. Obsahem teoretické části je literární rešerše, pojednávající o technologiích využitých v technologickém postupu a teoretických znalostech výrobních postupů. Praktická část je zaměřena na návrh nového technologického postupu výroby těla rozvaděče podlahového topení v důsledku nižších nákladů a vyšší efektivity výroby. Požadované aspekty jsou prověřeny na základě zhodnocení nákladů na výrobu a zatížení strojového parku.

Abstract:

The topic of the bachelor's thesis the design of a new technological proces of production of underfloor heating switchboard bodies, consisting of a theoretical and practical part. The content of the theoretical part is a literature search, dealing with the technologies of used in the technological proces and theoretical knowledge of production processes. The practical part is focused on the design of a new technological proces of production of underfloor heating switchboard bodies due to lower costs and higher production efficienty. The required aspects are verified on the basis of the evaluation of production costs and machinery load.
