The Prevalence of Acute Complications in Patients During Intermittent Hemodialysis

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá prevalencí intradialyzačních komplikací vzniklých u pacientů v průběhu intermitentního hemodialyzačního ošetření. V teoretické části je nastíněna tato renální substituční modalita a diagnózy indikující zahájení této terapie. Zmíněny jsou akutní komplikace, suspektní faktory podporující jejich vznik, prevalence komplikací a způsoby zásahu všeobecnou sestrou při jejich vzniku. Empirická část interpretuje zjištěné výsledky ze záznamových archů, kterými byla zjišťována prevalence vzniku intradialyzační hypotenze a hypertenze, svalových křečí a bolestí hlavy.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with a prevalence of intradialytic complications arising in patients during intermittent hemodialysis treatment. Theoretical part outlines this renal substitution modality and diagnosis indicating the initiation of this therapy. Moreover, acute complications, suspicious factors supporting their appearance, prevalence of complications and ways of interventions in their occurrence by a practicing nurse are mentioned. Empirical part interprets the results obtained from record archives, which were used to determine the prevalence of intradialytic hypotension and hypertension, muscle cramps and headaches.
