Abstract:
V této diplomové práci se věnujeme analýze funkcionálních dat. V úvodu se seznámíme se základními charakteristikami pro funkcionální data. Dále si ukážeme funkcionální analýzu hlavních komponent, splajnové vyhlazování funkcionálních dat a PACE metodu pro predikci trajektorií na řídce i hustě pozorovaných datech. Abstract:
In this thesis we study functional data analysis. At the beginning we introduce basic characteristics for functional data. Then we show functional principal components analysis, spline smoothing for functional data and PACE method used for predicting trajectories for sparse and nonsparse data. In the thesis we also discuss curve analysis of heart rate in time and simulation study.
