Abstract:

Utopie avantgardy Kolektivní dm v meziváleném eskoslovensku Práce se zabývá nerealizovanými návrhy kolektivního domu v eskoslovensku na konci 20. let dvacátého století. Jednalo se o architektonickou úlohu, která pod vlivem sociáln-utopických pedstav 19. století, pedpokládala propojení individuálního prostoru s ideály kolektivizmu. eské kolektivní domy nalezly svj pedobraz v návrzích ruských revoluní architekt skupiny OSA. Nekritické pijímání jejich myšlenek se dlo pedevším díky teoretickému psobení nestora eské levicové avantgardy, Karla Teigeho. Jeho útoná rétorika zapsobila na pelomu 20. a 30. let na nkteré mladé architekty, kteí ešili problém bytové nouze v kontextu nastupující hospodáské krize. Po formální stránce se na architektonické form kolektivních dom odrážel obecný pístup mezinárodní architektonické avantgardy s drazem na estetiku konstruktivismu a na požadavek ekonomizace stavby a jejich ástí. Kolektivní domy zstaly i pes poválené realizace v Marseille, Litvínov nebo Zlín, utopií. Ukázalo se, že se zdiskreditovaly svojí sociální nepijatelností.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with unrealized proposals of collective housing in Czechoslovakia towards the end of the 1920s. It was an architectonic task which influenced by the social utopian ideas of the 19th century - supposed interlinking of individual space with ideals of collectivism. Czech collective housing found its model in the proposals of Russian revolutionary architects of the OSA group. Uncritical taking over of their ideas happened mainly due to the influence of Karel Teige, the leading theorist of Czech left-wing avant-garde. His invective rhetorics had during the 1920s and 1930s impact on several young architects who were trying to solve the problem of housing shortage in the context of the coming economic depression. As for the formal aspects the architectonic form of collective housing reflected the general approach of international architectonic avant-garde and highlighted the aesthetics of constructivism and the search for economization of construction in all its parts. Collective houses remained utopian in spite of their post-war construction e.g. in Marseille, Litvínov and Zlín. It has proved that they lost their credit due to their social unacceptability.
