The Principles of Tax Administration
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce popisuje a analyzuje zásady daní a jejich aplikaci. Jednotlivé zásady jsou popsány z hlediska jak správce daně tak i z pohledu daňových subjektů jako daňově povinných. Bakalářská práce se opírá o zákon č. 280/2009 Sb., daňový řád ve znění pozdějších předpisů, který vešel v platnost 1. ledna 2011 a vydaná soudní rozhodnutí.
Abstract:
This thesis describes and analyses basic principles of tax administrativ and the subsequent application of the Act as presented by the tax administrator. The individual principles presented are also described from the perspektives of taxable units, liable to tax.
