Diplomová práce se zabývá zaměstnaneckými benefity v péči o zdraví pro zdravotníky zaměstnanými na ARO v městské nemocnici. The diploma thesis deals with employee benefits for healt care workers that are employed in ICU ward in the city hospitals. This thesis conteins of two parts, theoretical and practical.
