Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou seniorů jako obětí trestné činnosti. Cílem této práce je seznámení čtenáře se základními pojmy souvisejícími s obětmi trestných činů, zhodnocením stavu kriminality páchané na seniorech a návrhy preventivních a legislativních řešení. This thesis deals with the issue of the elderly as victims of crime. The aim of this thesis is to acquaint the reader with the basic concepts related to victims of crime, to evaluate the state of crime against the elderly and to propose preventive and legislative solutions.
