Bakalářská práce je věnována definici pojmu pracovní spokojenosti a faktorům, které ji ovlivňují. Teoretická část je zaměřena na vysvětlení základních pojmů, na popis teorií pracovní spokojenosti a motivace a na rozdělení faktorů pracovní spokojenosti. This work is dedicated to the concept of job satisfaction and factors affecting it. The theoretical part focused on explaining basic concepts to describe the theory of job satisfaction and motivation, and allocation of factors of job satisfaction.
