Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá vývojem notářství v letech 1848 ? 1938, dále pak vývojem notářství v tomto období na Českolipsku a jeho významnými představiteli. Cílem této práce bylo nastínit, jak se vyvíjel stav notářský nejen v době české koruny, ale i v pozdější době.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with the development notary in 1848 - 1938, as well as the development of notaries in this period in the Česká Lípa and its major representatives. The aim of this study was to outline how developed state notarial not only at the time of the Czech crown and in later times.
