Measurement micro-hardness of thin layers
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá měřením mikrotvrdosti tenkých vrstev. V teoretické části jsou popsány mechanické zkoušky materiálu, druhy zkoušek tvrdosti a nakonec samotné zkoušky mikrotvrdosti. V praktické části byly nejdříve naměřeny hodnoty a následně zpracovány.
Abstract:
This bachelor work is dealing with the thin-layers microhardness measurement. Mechanical materials tests, hardness tests methods as well as microhardness tests alone are described in the theoretical part of this work. Measurement values were fisrtly measured and than analysed in the practical part of this work.
