Anotácia:

Rastúci počet kyberútokov vedie spoločnosti k posilneniu ich bezpečnosti. Nábor expertov na kybernetickú bezpečnosť je náročný, keďže vedomostné testy sú nedostatočné a príprava testovacieho prostredia pre kandidátov môže byť pre spoločnosť časovo veľmi náročná. Preto sme vytvorili riešenie, ktoré pripravuje a distribuuje unikátne hry v oblasti kybernetickej bezpečnosti pre uchádzačov o zamestnanie na posúdenie ich zručností. Implementácia konfiguruje hru s jedinečnými vlajkami, ktoré bránia kandidátovi podvádzať a získať nespravodlivú výhodu.

Abstract:

The rising number of cybersecurity attacks leads companies to strengthen their security. The recruitment of cybersecurity experts is difficult as knowledge-based tests are insufficient, and preparing a testing environment for the candidates can be very time-consuming for the company. Therefore we created a solution that prepares and distributes unique cybersecurity games for job candidates to assess their skills. The implementation configures the game with unique flags that prevent the candidate from cheating and gaining an unfair advantage.
