Mezinárodní společnosti vykazují určité zvláštnosti, jež je nutno při procesu ocenění zohlednit. Valuing of international companies brings special challenges which need to be taken into account. The aim of this thesis is to identify these specifics and apply them in a case study focused on stock valuation of The Coca-Cola Company.
