Využití molekulárních markerů pro taxonomické a fylogenetické analýzy u dvoukřídlého hmyzu (Diptera)

Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá fylogenetickými analýzami dvoukřídlého hmyzu založenými na srovnávání sekvencí DNA. Zaměřuje se hlavně na sekvencování molekulárních markerů a jejich využití pro rekonstrukci fylogeneze. Molekulární marker je určitý úsek molekuly DNA, který je porovnáván u zkoumaných druhů. Abstract:
This work reviews phylogenetic analyses in the insect order Diptera based on various molecular markers. Molecular marker is a part of DNA molecule which is compared among analyzed species. The most often, a part of DNA is sequenced and the sequences are used for phylogenetic reconstruction. However, also methods of comparing DNA fragments without sequencing are mentioned.
