V této bakalářské práci se věnujeme vlastnostem čtyř různých plazmových výbojů tzv. mikrodutinového výboje, difuzního koplanárního povrchového výboje a dvou dalších výbojů s koplanárním geometrickým uspořádáním elektrod. Abstract:
This bachelor study is focused on properties of four different plasma discharges: Micro-Hollow, Diffuse Coplanar Surface Barrier Discharge and two other discharges with coplanar geometry of electrodes. We compare the main properties as a simulation of electric field, surface treatment of polymer substrate and a temperature of the discharge source.
