Vztahy mezi počtem druhů měkkýšů (Mollusca) a vzorkovací plochou na příkladu prameništních slatinišť

Abstract:
Vztah mezi počtem druhů a velikostí plochy byl studovány na devíti prameništních slatiništích (lišící se svou minerální bohatostí) v Západních Karpatech. Na každé lokalitě byla odebrána série tří do sebe zapadajících ploch (nested sampling design). Abstract:
The species-area relationship was studied at nine Western Carpathian fen sites (differing in their mineral richness) by sampling a set of three quadrates in each site using the nested sampling design. Differences in the numbers of species and individuals when considering all molluscs or only live ones were found. Differences were also found among the three mineral fen types.
