Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se věnuje využívání psychologických znalosti a dovedností v práci manažera. Každá kapitola obsahuje pro lepší přehlednost dílčí shrnutí hlavních poznatků. Teoretická část práce se zaměřuje popis aplikovaných psychologických pojmů, propojení oboru managementu a psychologie a zamyšlení se nad jeho dosavadním využíváním v praxi. První kapitola obsahuje podstatu, dělení, nástroje a metody manažerské psychologie. Druhá kapitola se zaměřuje na aplikaci psychologických znalostí a dovedností z manažerské praxe, a to z pohledu dělení podle účelu na sebeřízení, řízení druhých a řízení organizace. Praktická část představuje výstupy z proběhlého kvantitativního i kvalitativního výzkumu realizované v konkrétní společnosti. Metodami použitými v diplomové práci jsou dotazníkové šetření a dotazování. Výstupem práce je analýza stávající situace a následná doporučení pro možnosti využití těchto poznatků do manažerské praxe.

Abstract:

This thesis is about the use of psychological knowledge and skills in the work of a manager. Each chapter contains a partial summary of the main findings for better clarity. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on describing applied psychological concepts, linking the field of management and psychology and reflecting on its use in practice so far. The first chapter contains the essence, divisions and tools and methods of management psychology. The second chapter focuses on the application of psychological knowledge and skills from management practice, from the perspective of the division by purpose into self-management, managing others and managing the organization. The practical part presents the results of the quantitative and qualitative research conducted in a specific company. The methods used in the thesis will be a questionnaire survey and interviews. The output of the thesis is an analysis of the current situation and subsequent recommendations for the possibility of applying these findings to managerial practice.
