Using outsourcing in logistics of company.

Abstract:

Předmětem bakalářské práce je zhodnocení současné situace outsourcingu v logistice podniku, se zaměřením na oblast dopravy. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na vymezení pojmu outsourcing, vysvětlení důvodů, které vedou podnik k jeho využívání a zavádění do praxe. Praktická část obsahuje představení společnosti, shrnutí výhod a nevýhod outsourcingu dopravy a popis stavu ve sledované společnosti Plastika a.s. Dále následuje popisná část práce vztahující se k výběru poskytovatele a smlouvě o outsourcingu. Závěr praktické části práce představuje insourcing dopravy s provedením klasifikační analýzy nákladových položek, jejich kvantifikací a shrnutím ve variantním provedení.

Abstract:

The subject of this thesis is the assessment of the current situation of an outsourcing logistics company focusing on transport. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on the definition of outsourcing, the explanation of the reasons that lead a company to outsourcing implementation into business. The practical part contains a presentation of the company, a summary of advantages and disadvantages of outsourcing services and a description of the monitoring of the company{\crq}s situation. This is followed by the descriptive part of the work, which is related to the choice of the provider and the outsourcing contract. The conclusion of the practical part is devoted to the insourcing services to carry out a classification analysis of cost factors, the quantification and summary execution in the variant.
