Abstract:
Diplomová práce je zaměřena na stanovení hodnoty podniku Weiler Holoubkov s.r.o. k 31. 12. 2012. Ocenění je provedeno pomocí výnosových metod, konkrétně metody diskontovaného cash flow a metody kapitalizovaných čistých výnosů. Jako doplňkové byly zvoleny majetkové metody likvidační a účetní. Abstract:
This thesis is focused on determining of the value of a company Weiler Holoubkov ltd. to 31. 12. 2012. The valuation is made by using the yield methods, specifically a discounted free cash flow method and a method based on capitalized net incomes.
