Paradoxes and Controversies of Quine's Philosophy
Abstract:
Bakalářská se zabývá osobností a kritickým zhodnocením filosofického díla W.V.O. Quina. Představuje hlavní pilíře jeho filosofie i některé závěry především z oblasti epistemologie. Představuje některé jeho myšlenky jako paradoxní a kontroverzní a ukazuje jaké reakce tyto jeho teze vyvolaly.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis focuses on a person of W.V.O Quine as well as a critical evaluation of his work. It represents the main pillars of his philosophy and some of his results, mainly an epistemology origin. It represents some of his thoughts of the paradoxical and conrtoversial background and shows up the reactions caused by his thesis.
