Abstract:

V diplomové práci se zabývám 3D CAD aplikací SolidWorks. V této práci se věnuji využití a možnostem tohoto programu, především pak využití návrhu produktů pro automobilový průmysl, tvorbou designu a konstrukci nástrojů v oblasti strojírenské technologie a zpracování plastů. V teoretické části práce popisuji historický vývoj 3D CAD modelovacího programu SolidWorks, hardwarové požadavky a možnost využití programu SolidWorks. V této práci se věnuji také detailnímu popisu prostředí aplikace, zásuvným modulům a programům třetích stran. Praktickou část jsem věnoval návrhu a vytvoření 3D modelu víka filtru sání s využitím v oblasti automobilového průmyslu, včetně vytvoření 3D sestavy vstřikovací formy. Na závěr praktické části jsem tuto 3D sestavu doplnil o 2D výkres sestavy a o vizualizaci formou animace, která demonstruje princip celé vstřikovací formy.

Abstract:

In my diploma thesis I deal with 3D CAD application SolidWorks. In this thesis I attend to using and possibilities of this program, then using of this project for an automobile industry, designing creation and constructioning tools in an engineering technology and plastic material processing. In a theoretical part I describe a historical development of 3D CAD model program SolidWorks, hardware requirements and possibilities of using program SolidWorks. In this thesis I follow in detail description of surrounding of application, plug - ins and programs of the third parts. My practical part is followed for designing and creationing of 3D model of cover filter intake with using in the automotive industry, including creation 3D group injection molds. At the end of practical part I added 3D set with 2D drawing set and animation visualization, which demonstrates principle of the whole injection molds.
