Influence of hylauronan on tumour cells
Abstract:
V následující práci jsem shrnula současné poznatky o vlastnostech hyaluronanu a jeho působení v nádorovém bujení. Zjištěné poznatky dokazují, že jeho role v průběhu onkogeneze je naprosto klíčová. Jeho interakce stimulují buněčnou proliferaci a migraci, angiogenezi, maligní transformaci i chemorezistenci. Naopak inhibuje buněčnou apoptózu a imunitní protirakovinné působení. Abstract:
In this bachelor thesis I summarized current information about hyaluronan properties and his influence in tumours. Discovered knowledge proved, that his role during oncogenesis is absolutely crucial. His interaction stimulates cell proliferation and migration, angiogenesis, malignant transformation and chemoresistence.
