Bakalářská práce rozebírá a analyzuje kasační stížnost. V úvodu jsou rozebrány historické konsekvence vzniku správního soudnictví a Nejvyššího správního soudu na území České republiky. The bachelor paper examines and analyzes the issue of cassational complaint. Historical consequences of the administrative justice and the Supreme Administrative Court of the Czech Republic are discussed in the introduction.
