Optimization of the logistic chain using modern smart technologies in Vlašim.

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá výběrem návrhu systému komplexní evidence a automatizace ve společnosti MMJ stavební společnost s.r.o. Společnost podniká ve stavebním odvětví, předmětem podnikání je projektování a výroba pozemních staveb. Problematika je řešena implementací smart (chytrých) technologií do logistického řetězce. Navržené systémy jsou následně porovnány pomocí metod vícekriteriální rozhodování a to konkrétně metodami TOPSIS a WSA. Následně jsou vyhodnoceny výsledky a je stanovena konečná částka, představující náklady na optimalizaci.

Abstract:

Topic of this thesis is selection of draft of comprehensive system of accounting and automation in MMJ stavební společnost s.r.o.. The company operates in the civil engineering, scope of business is designing and building. The issue is tackled by implementing smart technologies into the logistics chain. In next step proposed systems are compared using methods of multicriteria decision making, specifically TOPSIS and WSA. Subsequently, the results are evaluated and determined the final amount representing the cost of optimization.
