Abstract:
Bakalářská práce zkoumá za využití metody land-use změny na území města Benešov dle specifikovaných funkčních tříd. Popisuje rozvoj území města Benešov za období 1972 - 2020, jako hlavní podklady slouží územní plány města z let 1972, 1994 a 2020. Dále je vytvořena predikce rozvoje města do roku 2040.
Abstract:
This bachelor's thesis examines the changes in the city of Benešov using Land-Use methods according to specified functional classes. It describes the development of the city of Benešov for the period 1972 - 2020, the main sources are the zoning plans of the from 1972, 1994 and 2020. It also creates the preconditions for the development of the town until 2040.
