Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce „Vývoj na akciových, realitních a komoditních trzích během finanční krize“ je prošetřit vzájemnou závislost akciových, realitních a komoditních trhů mezi sebou samými, a to jak před začátkem finanční krize, během jejího trvání, tak i po jejím skončení. Diplomová práce se v úvodní části zaměřuje na jednotlivé trhy a jejich charakteristiku. Následně jsou podrobně rozebrány důvody a příčiny, které vznik finanční krize iniciovaly a nechybí ani obsáhlá historie jednotlivých finančních krizí. Práce rovněž obsahuje i nastínění paralel mezi současnou finanční krizí a krizemi, které jí předcházely, a podrobný rozbor fenoménu sekuritizace, která výrazně přispěla k zažehnutí krize. Významná část závěrečné práce se poté věnuje rozboru jednotlivých etap krize od hypoteční krize v USA, přes celosvětovou finanční krizi až po dluhovou evropskou krizi. Závěrečná část práce se pak, s pomocí grafického aparátu a korelačních koeficientů, zabývá analýzou a komparací akciových, realitních a komoditních trhů mezi sebou navzájem, a to při rozdělení na období před krizí, během krize a po krizi.

Abstract:

The aim of the diploma thesis “Development in stock, real estate and commodity markets during the financial crisis” is to explore the mutual dependency between stock, real estate and commodity markets, both before the beginning of the financial crisis, during the crisis and after the crisis. In the introductory part, the diploma thesis is focused on the individual markets and their characteristics. Subsequently, the reasons and causes, which initiated the emergence of the financial crisis, are analysed in detail and a comprehensive history of the individual financial crises is included as well. The work also includes an outline of the parallels between the current financial crisis and the crises, which preceded it, and a detailed analysis of the phenomenon of securitisation, which significantly contributed to staving off the crisis. A major part of the conclusion work then deals with the analysis of the individual phases of the crisis, from the mortgage crisis in USA, through the world financial crisis to the European debt crisis. The conclusion part of the work is also focused on the analysis and comparison of stock, real estate and commodity markets while using a graphic apparatus and correlation coefficient and dividing the period into the periods before, during and after the crisis.
