Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá kolizním řešením mimosmluvních závazkových vztahů z práv k duševnímu vlastnictví. Východiskem je vzájemné vymezení pramenů mezinárodní, evropské a vnitrostátní úpravy včetně tzv. soft law. The thesis deals with conflict-of-laws rules in respect to non-contractual obligations in intellectual property law. The starting point is a qualification of relevant sources of law, including soft law, and a determination of their relations.
