Management of enterprise knowledge for the innovation process
Abstract:
Diplomová práce je orientována na řízení podnikových znalostí s ohledem na inovace. Úvodem jsou stanoveny cíle diplomové práce, ke kterým vedou teoretické a praktické poznatky autora. Stěžejní částí práce jsou inovační návrhy, které vycházejí z autorem provedených strategických analýz. Zmíněné návrhy vedou k zvýšení úrovně podniku.
Abstract:
The diploma thesis is focused on the management of business knowledge with regards to innovations. The objectives of the thesis are set out at the beginning, which lead to the theoretical and practical findings of the author. The core parts of the thesis are innovative proposals, based on the author's strategic analyses. These proposals lead to an increase in the standards of the company.
