Předmětem diplomové práce „Pivovarnický průmysl ve vybraných regionech ČR“ je analýza a komparace pivovarnického průmyslu v Jihomoravském a Královéhradeckém kraji. Pozornost je přitom zaměřena především na segment minipivovarů. Práce je členěna na pět kapitol. První kapitola popisuje historii piva a jeho výroby a pivovarnický trh v České republice. The thesis „Brewing industry in selected regions of the Czech Republic“ aims at analysing and comparing brewing industry in the South Moravian region and Hradec Králové region.
