In the bachelor thesis the problems of quality projected in the quality management systems are dealt with. Stress is laid on presentation of the quality norm STN EN ISO 9001:2009. V bakalárskej práci sa zaoberáme problematikou kvality premietnutou do systémov manažérstva kvality. Dôraz kladieme na predstavenie normy kvality STN EN ISO 9001:2009. Podrobnejšie sa budeme zaoberať kapitolami 4, 5, 6, kde detailnejšie rozoberieme všetky náležitosti normy, ktoré musia byť splnené pri implementácii v STN ISO 9001:2009 v podmienkach slovenskej firmy.
