Food as a Source of Compounds With Analgesic Effect

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se skládá ze dvou částí. První část práce je zaměřena na téma bolest, její historii, složky, druhy bolesti, ale také její léčbu. Léčba bolesti je popsána dle rozdělení na farmakologickou a nefarmakologickou terapii. Práce stručně popisuje, co jsou to potraviny, jejich historii a k čemu slouží. Druhá část obsahuje literární rešerši publikovaných studií v anglickém jazyce. Rešerše je zaměřena na potraviny a látky v nich obsažené, které mají analgetický účinek

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is consist of two parts. The first part is focused on pain, the history of pain, components, the types of pain and its treatments. The treatments of pain are described as pharmacological a non-pharmacological therapy. This thesis describes what the foodstuffs reperesent, their history and what they are used for. The second part of this thesis is a literary search of published studies in English language. The search was focused on foodstuffs and substances with potential analgetic effect.
