Odhad vývoje trhu práce Jihočeského kraje v době boje proti COVID-19

Abstract:

Cílem práce je odhadnout budoucí vývoj na trhu práce v Jihočeském kraji do roku 2025, porovnat vývoj nezaměstnanosti před a po zavedení prvních opatřeních proti COVID-19 a vliv vývoje na kvalitu života obyvatel a MSP podniky. K predikci vývoje nezaměstnanosti do roku 2025 byla použita na časovou řadu Holtova-Wintersova metoda. Aplikace metody se uskutečnila v programu STATGRAPHICS, pomocí kterého se odhadla daná metoda jako nejméně chybová a poskytla přesné hodnoty, jak se bude nezaměstnanost vyvíjet. K porovnání doby před a po zavedení prvních opatřeních reagujících na příchod pandemie do ČR, se porovnala data nezaměstnanosti Jihočeského kraje z roku 2019 a 2020. Na základě vývoje se vymezil dopad na kvalitu života obyvatel a MSP. Dle tohoto výzkumu se bude nezaměstnanost v příštích třech letech klesat, to příznivě ovlivní životní úroveň obyvatel, avšak tyto závěry jsou pouze z hlediska nezaměstnanosti. Nejsou zde zahrnuty další aspekty, které ovlivňují kvalitu obyvatel. Nízká nezaměstnanost bude mít špatný vliv na fungování MSP, které budou muset vynaložit vyšší náklady, aby si své zaměstnance udrželi a případně se pro potencionální výrazně odlišili od konkurence.

Abstract:

The aim of this work is to estimate the future development of the labor market in the South Bohemian Region until 2025, to compare the development of unemployment before and after the introduction of the first measures against COVID-19 and the impact of development on the quality of life of residents and small and medium businesses. The Holt-Winters method was used for the time series to predict the development of unemployment until 2025. The application of the method took place in the STATGRAPHICS program, which was used to estimate the method as the least erroneous and provided exact values of how unemployment will develop. To compare the time before and after the introduction of the first measures responding to the arrival of the pandemic in the Czech Republic, the unemployment data of the South Bohemian Region from 2019 and 2020 were compared. According to this research, unemployment will fall in the next three years, this will have a positive effect on the living standards of the population, but these conclusions are only in terms of unemployment. Other aspects that affect the quality of the population are not included here. Low unemployment will have a bad effect on the functioning of small and medium businesses, which will have to incur higher costs in order to retain their employees and possibly differ significantly from the competition for the potential.
