V bakalářské práci je zpracováno téma lidové religiozity, konkrétně její projevy v oblasti Krkonoš a Podkrkonoší. Práce popisuje kořeny vzniku hnutí, které vzniklo v polovině 19. Století v USA a bylo nazváno "spiritismem". Práce dále mapuje průnik tohoto hnutí do Čech a jeho vývoj. Důležitým zdrojem poznatků práce je i odraz spiritismu v regionální literatuře Podkrkonoší. This bachelor thesis deals with the topic of folk religiosity, particularly its manifestation in the Giant Mountains. The thesis describes the roots of a movement, which originated in the 19th century in the USA and has been known under the term "spiritualism".
