Abstract:
Cílem této experimentální diplomové práce byla příprava a charakterizace zlatých nanočástic pomocí vybraných aminokyselin a jejich směsí, a jejich charakterizace pomocí vybraných metod. Syntéza nanočástic byla zkoumána pro tyrosin, tryptofan, fenylalanin, histidin a cystein, a to za různých teplotních podmínek vývoje. Bylo zjištěno, že cystein nenapomáhá tvorbě nanočástic. Abstract:
The aim of this experimental master thesis was the preparation and characterization of gold nanoparticles using selected amino acids and their mixtures, and their characterization by selected methods. The synthesis of the nanoparticles was investigated for tyrosine, tryptophan, phenylalanine, histidine and cysteine, under different developmental temperature conditions.
