Bakalářská práce vymezuje geometrický plán z pohledu práva. Zabývá se prameny platné a účinné právní úpravy, která se k geometrickému plánu a jejich zápisu do katastru nemovitostí vztahuje. Rozebírá jednotlivé druhy zápisů do katastru nemovitostí a dělí jednotlivé typy geometrických plánů dle druhů těchto zápisů. Dále jsou popsány některé problémy a pochybení, které mohou nastat. Bachelor thesis defines the geometric plan view of the law. It deals with the sources of valid and effective legislation that the geometric plan and land registration applies.
