Basketball exercises focused on the development of selected game skills (shooting and ball-handling)

Abstract:

Existuje mnoho metodických materiálů a učebnic zabývajících se rozvojem herních basketbalových činností (útočných, obranných). Tyto materiály jsou až na výjimky staršího data a ačkoliv jsou po obsahové stránce velmi kvalitní, jejich zpracování neodpovídá dnešním trendům. Z této příčiny jsme se rozhodli zpracovat spis, který bude obsahovat popisný text, schémata a fotografie, jejichž součástí budou basketbalová cvičení. V teoretické části se budeme zabývat primárně základní terminologií a charakteristikou herních činností a basketbalu jako takového. Popíšeme i rozdíly mezi tělovýchovnou jednotkou v basketbalových klubech a školní tělesné výchově. Obsah části hlavní již budou tvořit zmíněná basketbalová cvičení na rozvoj střelby, dvojtaktů a ball-handlingu. Věříme, že vytvořený materiál bude sloužit především budoucím i současným učitelům tělesné výchovy, ale že také najde své využití u trenérů basketbalu či hráčů basketbalu.

Abstract:

There are many methodological materials and textbooks dealing with the development of basketball playing skills (offense, defense). These materials are, with a few exceptions, of older release dates, and although they are of very high quality in terms of content, their design does not correspond to today's trends. For this reason, we decided to prepare a file that will contain descriptive text, diagrams and photographs, which will include basketball exercises. In the theoretical part we will deal primarily with the basic terminology and characteristics of basketball skills and basketball as such. We will also describe the differences between the physical education unit in basketball clubs and school physical education. The content of the main part will consist of the already mentioned basketball drills to develop shooting, lay-ups and ball-handling. We believe that the material created will primarily serve future and current physical education teachers, but that it will also be used by basketball coaches or basketball players.
