Abstract:
Práce popisuje základní principy a význam vnitrofiremní komunikace. Cílem práce je analýza stávající interní komunikace a sdílení dat ve vybrané firmě včetně jejího praktického využití. Na jejím základě jsou odhaleny komunikační bariéry a podány návrhy na jejich zlepšení.
Abstract:
The report describes the basic principles and importance of internal communication. The aim is to analyze the existing internal communication and sharing of data in a particular company, including its practical use. Based on that communication there are detected barriers and suggested options for improvement.
