Deficience lipoproteinové lipázy je nedostatečnost enzymu hrajícího klíčovou roli v metabolismu lipoproteinů. Deficience lipoproteinové lipázy může způsobit závažné ataky pankreatitidy. Příčinou deficience enzymu jsou patologické změny v genu LPL. Abstract:
Lipoprotein lipase deficiency is a malfunkction of a key enzyme for lipoprotein metabolism. Lipoprotein lipase deficiency can cause serious episodes of pancreatitis. The deficiency is caused by pathology in the LPL gene. Režim utajení byl poskytnut na základě mé žádosti o utajení obsahu diplomové práce Molekulární diagnostika deficience lipoproteinové lipásy (LPLD) jako výběr pacientů vhodných pro genovou terapii (AAV1-LPL S447X) po dobu 5 let od jejího odevzdání. Vyloučení zveřejnění se týká jak podoby tištěné, tak i podoby elektronické.
In accordance with Art. 3, Directive 5/2013, dated June 18, 2013 Publication of university theses is this thesis in confidentiality regime. Confidentiality regime was given based on my request for confidentiality of thesis Molecular diagnostics of lipoprotein lipase deficiency (LPLD) as sampling of patients suitable for gene therapy (AAV1-LPL S447X) for a period of 5 years after its submission. Exclusion of disclosure applies for printed and also electronic form.
