Autor: Jarmila Odehnalová Název: Předsmluvní odpovědnost v obchodněprávních vztazích Práce se zabývá problematikou dodržování režimu uzavírání smluvních ujednání. V práci jsou definovány základní právní pojmy s touto problematikou související a vymezení koncepce institutu předsmluvní odpovědnosti. Cílem práce je předložení modelových příkladů předsmluvní odpovědnosti jako demonstrace praktického uplatnění sledovaného právního institutu, zejména v praxi realitní kanceláře.

Author: Jarmila Odehnalová Name: Pre-contractual liability in commercial relations The work deals with the issue of compliance with the regime of concluding contractual agreements. In the work are defined the basic legal concepts related with this issue and the definition of the concept of the Institute the pre-contractual liability. The aim of the work is the presentation of pre-contractual liability as model examples of demonstration of the practical application of the reference of the legal Institute, especially in the practice of real estate agents.
