Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na téma vedení lidí v organizaci ZDM, s. r. o. Cílem této práce je analyzovat styly vedení, které se ve společnosti využívají. Práce je členěna na osm kapitol. První kapitola se věnuje tématu manažera, jeho funkcím a kvalitám. Druhá kapitola se věnuje řízení a definování rozdílu mezi řízením a vedením. The bachelor thesis is focused on the leadership in the organization ZDM Ltd. The aim of this work is to analyze the leadership styles that are used in the selected company.
