Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou edukace seniorů, konkrétně tím, jak senioři vnímají lektora a jeho osobnost v kontextu kvality edukačního procesu. Thesis is dealing with issues related to senior education, analysis lecture's personality and his particular competencies. It's divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. Theoreti-cal part focuses on theoretical and social bases of senior education, it's meaning, specifics, forms and methods.
