Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá studiem křemíkových absorpčních tených vrstev solárních článků 2. a 3. generace. Tenké vrstvy byly deponovány na různé substráty s cílem vyhodnotit vliv těchto substrátů na mikrostrukturu a optické vlastnosti vrstev.
Abstract:
The thesis deals with study of Si thin films used for 2. and 3. generation of fotovoltaic cells. Thin films were deposited on different substrates. The goal of this thesis was to determinate if the substrates influence microstructure and optical properties of the films.
