Nutrition and Sports Training of Children in Competitive Forms of Aerobics

Abstract:

Diplomová práce charakterizuje výživu a výživový stav včetně doplňků výživy s ohledem na věková období a sportovní aktivitu dětí. Zabývá se soutěžními formami aerobiku, motorickým vývojem dětí, principy sportovní přípravy a zvláštnostmi sportovního tréninku dětí a mládeže. Soustřeďuje se na kvantitativní výzkum výživových zvyklostí dětí soutěžních forem aerobiku TJ Sokol Poděbrady včetně sportovního zaměření, týdenního tréninkového zatížení, využívaných prostředků regenerace a jeho závěrečné hodnocení

Abstract:

Diploma thesis defines nutrition and nutritional status, including dietary supplements with regard to age periods and sporting activities of children. It deals with the competition forms of aerobics, motor development of children, principles and peculiarities of sports training of children and youth. It focuses on quantitative research on the dietary habits of children competing forms of aerobics TJ Sokol Poděbrady including sports specialization, weekly training load, used means of regeneration and the final evaluation
