Záměrem diplomové práce zpracované na téma "Právní vymezení auditu a audit účetní závěrky" je v prvé řadě vymezení právní úpravy auditu na území České republiky, přiblížení a vysvětlení podstaty auditu jako celku a dále nastínění problematiky účetní závěrky. The dissertation "Legal framework of audit and audit of financial statements" covers legislation guidelines related to financial audit in the Czech Republic as well as explanation of the fundamentals of audit. The text is also pointing out to key issues of financial closing. The aim is to introduce the auditor profession, its evolution and basic conditions needed to be met.
