Bakalářská práce „Spotřebitelské smlouvy“ se věnuje obecnému seznámení s tímto typem smlouvy. Popisuje legislativu spotřebitelských smluv v rámci České republiky a Evropského společenství a vzájemně ji srovnává. This bachelor work "Consumer contracts" includes a general introduction in this type of contracts. It describes the legislation concerning consumer contracts in the Czech Republic and in the European Community and compares it to each other.
