Abstract:
Práce se zabývá obchodní transakcí koupě-prodej v mezinárodním prostředí. Tato práce by měla poskytnout základní informace a ucelený pohled na problematiku uzavírání smlouvy o mezinárodní koupi zboží.
Abstract:
The thesis deals with a business transaction in the term of purchase-sale in the international surroundings.This work gives an overview of the problems faced when concluding a contract for the purchase of goods internationally.
