Předložená práce je zaměřena na proces orientace a adaptace nových zaměstnanců v podniku. Hlavním cílem této práce je analyzovat adaptační program ve zvolené společnosti ŠKODA JS a.s. a následně stanovit možná opatření a doporučení, která by mohla přispět ke zlepšení procesu adaptace. This bachelor thesis is focused on the process of orientation and adaptation of new employees. The main target of bachelor thesis is to analyse the process of adaptation in chosen company ŠKODA JS a.s. and to suggest possible measures and recommendations, which could help to improve the process.
