Cílem této diplomové práce je objasnit, zda v současné době existují takové právní prameny, které by předcházely negativním vlivům na životní prostředí při procesu pohřbívání. Práce je dle jednotlivých kapitol zaměřena na pohřbívání do země a možnou kontaminaci spodních vod a dále na proces kremace, při kterém může docházet k emisím škodlivých látek do ovzduší. The aim of this thesis is to clarify whether legal sources currently exist that would prevent negative impacts of the process of burying on the environment. The individual chapters focus on burying under the ground and possible contamination of groundwater and further on the cremation process which is discussed from the point of possible emission of harmful substances to the atmosphere.
