Stylized facts of economic growth
Abstract:
V této diplomové práci sledujeme vývoj HDP na osobu ve státech z celého světa. Zkoumáme také vztah mezi ekonomickým růstem a nerovností. Dále v práci hledáme determinanty ekonomického růstu a testujeme model od Barra a Sala-i-Martina [4] na aktuálnějších datech. Na závěr navrhujeme vlastní rozšíření původního modelu o institucionální proměnné.Abstract:
In this thesis we firstly focus on a broad analysis of development of GDP per capita in countries of the whole world. We also examine the relationship between economic inequality and economic growth. In the last part of our thesis we study determinants of the economic growth. We closely follow Barro and Sala i Martin [4] but we use up to date data.
